Once payment confirms, it normally hits your decoder or account in seconds.
Most times it's instant – under one minute after payment goes through. Sometimes if network is acting up or Multichoice is doing maintenance, it can take 5–15 minutes. You'll get an SMS and email the moment it activates. If nothing shows after 20 minutes, just send us your transaction reference and we'll check it.
